UJQ without RS9 Radio Enhancements
This bulletin involves inspecting and if required, updating the radio software level to 22.5.
Customers may experience one or more of the following: Arabic language is missing. Navigation inoperable. Bottom menu bar of the radio is non responsive or frozen. After viewing the weather map following a flood advisory popup, the main soft key's at the bottom of the screen may not respond when pressed. Radio will not turn off. Poor AM/FM Reception. Radio may reset, turn itself off and then back on again.
Radio display screen lock up. Park assist chime will continue to chime after the vehicle is turned off. Uconnect Live feature may not function properly.
