Per Dodge I paid $150 to have it diagnosed and the dealership emailed dodge and told them it was so bad that they couldn't even gain access to run any codes on it. The heated seat gets stuck on in the middle of summer, the heat and air go up and down and blast on high at any given time and the radio changes stations constantly. complete phantom mode and I cannot do anything to make it stop. I provided dodge with videos and pictures and they declined to fix it and said it isn't considered anything to cause harm. WHAT????? 100 plus degrees out and my heat and heated seat is stuck on high. I told them since I was made to take it to the dealership that at the very least they should refund the $150 to have it diagnosed to which they also declined. I will never buy another dodge product.
