FCA needs to take ownership in their design failures. The uConnect system is integrated into many of the safety systems in the vehicle and there is already a Class Action Lawsuit for the SAME uConnect system in the Chysler Pacifica. It is a very well documented problem that they are dragging their feet in resolving. I took mine to the dealership and they peaked inside the car and said that it was delaminating but my car was out of warranty due to mileage.
Okay, so I paid $42,969.00 for my Charger. I love my car, but not so much uConnect right now. They need to step it up and resolve the issue at no cost to me. I buy a new car every 3-7 years, but I can guarantee you this: If they fail to fix it for free, I will not be buying a new Charger, I'll take my business elsewhere.
