For the last month Ive had an issue with the adjustable pedals. I have to move them all the way to the floor because Im 6'5". Most adjustable equipment doesn't move while transmission is out of park. Apparently the pedals are allowed to. This is pretty scary when you driving at a set speed, with your foot on the pedal in a HEMI. All of the sudden the engine starts revving up and your moving much faster with out realizing the the peddles are moving closer to your foot causing you to push the pedal harder. Ive also had the same problem while pressing on the brakes. Ive taken it in and they have found no issue. Ive replaced the seat switch and it has changes nothing. Investigation on my part found possible causes to be a short in wiring or memory preset module. I was not able to locate this problem on here but I found several articles with the same issue for 2013 models.
