When the car is AWD and shifting gears not always it is making this loud noise. It only happens in AWD which is below 40 or with wipers on. It usually happens as I am slowing the car down or downshifting. It is sometimes hardly noticeable and then it is really loud. I was going up the ramp in garage at work and it did it 3 times in a row, When the car kicks in AWD I try to have it switch back by putting it neutral or turning off wipers. I have taken it in dealer and auto repair shop and they didn't hear it. It is getting to the point where I want to trade it in rather than try to get mechanic to find problem then solution
