I just purchased this car on Oct 1st and at the exact time my bumper to bumper expired several lights in my led light strip on the back trunk of my car stopped working! When I finally had the time to take it to the service dept., they informed me that the entire light strip must be replaced and it was no longer covered!!! $500 for a light strip is absolutely unacceptable (that is just for the part!) and the fact that it crapped out exactly when my warranty expired is not to encouraging to me~ The service manager told me this is a common problem and there are a lot of unhappy Charger owners out there who have had the same misfortune. Is there anyone who knows if this is likely to become a recall? Who would I contact to complain and possibly facilitate a recall process? Any help is appreciated!!!!
