Was TBoned by a lady who ran a stop sign and hit me and my wife, causing injury. The car was deemed not drivable, yet not totalled. The repair shop could basically repair what damage was done. However, upon impact, no airbags were deployed, yet the airbag lights are now on. Would this be considered faulty airbags? I've checked around, and I can't find any open recalls on the 2013 Dodge charger for faulty airbags. I have hired an attorney to deal with the insurance company for the injuries that have occurred, should this also be something brung to my attorneys attention also or should I take this up with the dealer separately?
