The contact owns a 2011 Dodge Charger. While driving approximately 45 mph, the rear passenger side tire blew out. As a result, the contact attempted to utilize the jack, but it failed to operate functionally. The jack was fractured in half. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. In addition, the contact had to contact his insurance company to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
