I have repaired the entire front suspension system, brake system, sway bar bushing, water pump, etc. Now the head gaskets blew... are there any recalls or ways you can refund me?

Prior to my mishap I had no signs of malfunction I was driving early one morning in my car just shut off and will not restart come to find out there's a recall on my tipm but the recall was only for a certain timeframe and my car was manufactured literally few months after the recall dates ended no I have a really problem under the fuse box and I feel it's not fair that the recall was only for a certain time. When I have all the same parts as the recall car is dead my car was manufactured in December 2008 but got the 2010 tipm dude box I spent a large amount of money trying to diagnose and fix the problem and so we realized it was the internal relay.is there anything I can do about this

The computer in the transmission is making my car jerk from 1st gear to 2nd gear. I have a lifetime power tran warranty yet they say that there is no "fix" for my car, basically I have to either drive it like it is or buy another one and I do not think that is fair for a loyal customer like myself. Every time I call, they manage to loose my lifetime warranty, this last time the customer service person told me I didn't get my transmission serviced for the 10 year mark, I told them I did in March when Dodge said it was due - he now tells me that I got it done too early to make my warranty valid. What kind of mess is that. I just want my car fixed yet Dodge is telling me that they are not going to provide a patch or even create one. When I drive, mainly early mornings, my car will do a hard shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear. No matter uphill, downhill, rounding a curb, straightaway, highway or streets.

Had to replace the tipem, win and have key fobs reprogrammed to system. Have heard from other Dodge owners with similar problems that have had these parts replaced several times.I believe parts are defective causing these problems with the vehicles. I have researched and found multiple cases and not one significant cause as to why this keeps occurring. I even asked the Dodge mechanic and he stated the he doesn't know what would cause this to happen. As new as these vehicles are with maintenance upkeep this shouldn't happen and it usually occurs when the warranty has expired. This seems to occur most with 2006 thru 2009 models.

. "sporadic" problem with the car developing a violent shake when traveling between 50-70mph. Problem has only been detected sporadically when going up/down inclines on interstate. Car loses momentum when problem occurs requiring me to completely let off gas and drop car into neutral to regain momentum. Cannot recreate problem at will, only occurs sporadically.. problem has occurred over 20 times since mid December 2009. Car has been taken on 7 separate occasions to local Dodge dealership where purchased (bob frensley chrsyler/Dodge). Five of these occasions invoicable work was performed as noted below. Dealership claims they can no longer recreate the problem and refuse to work on the car any longer. Problem has been reported to Dodge customer care with 2 separate cases being opened. Dodge customer care refuses to authorize any further work unless the dealership acknowledges that they can recreate the problem.. both Dodge customer care and the dealership have verbally recommended the following solution: "continue to drive the car until the problem worsens and then bring it back to be serviced".. each time the car has been returned to me the problem has recurred within 3 days invoices: #1 (01/08/2010). Replaced fuel injector due to P0304 code cylinder #4 misfire. Replace left rear tire due to nail in tire (covered by extended warranty) #2 (01/18/2010). Flash upgrade torque converter (performed, not listed on invoice). Wheel balance (both front, both rear). Mount match wheel to tire (each wheel) #3 (01/26/2010). Replaced torque converter. Remove and reposition molding/windshield A-pillar #4 (02/12/2010). Flash upgrade torque converter (performed, not listed on invoice). Replace 4 low tire pressure sensors. Cross switch all tires. Front end/rear wheel alignment #5 (02/22/2010). Added antifriction modifier to transmission. Test drove vehicle and could not recreate problem.
