The majority of the time when I drive the car even short distances, I get an awful oil burning smell coming from the engine. You can smell it through the vents and outside the vehicle. It is accompanied by a thick rolling smoke that comes from the back of the engine on the bottom passenger side.
The valve cover gasket has been replaced. Engine and engine bay have all been cleaned of any oil that had dripped previously. There are no wires that appear to be touching anything hot that would cause the smell or the smoke. The smoke is white. I also have no heat coming from the heater vents, not sure if its related as that just started as did the ETC light coming on.
