At first the instrument panel warning lights would race back and forth, usually when the heater was on. This would cause the output of the heater to fluctuate up and down. I took it to the dealer and mentioned it on two occasions but was told that they did not experience the racing warning lights. Therefore, they could not assess the problem.
More recently, 5/18/2015, the lights began racing and I could smell fire/smoke but was unaware where it was coming from. At that time, the lights stopped flickering and the heater no longer works. The temperature gauge stopped working as well. Now the check engine light is on. I would appreciate if someone could find an answer to this problem.
