I got ZD1-00000 recall procedure done at Joe Cooper Dodge of Shawnee 4940 North Automall Dr. Shawnee, OK 74804. Recently I noticed my blower had started to perform rattling sounds, so I opened the glovebox, inspected the blower and found one little screw inside the turbine. I wondered where it should be screwed, so I looked everything around and realized the passenger-side airbag is screwed on 2 screws instead 4 like it was designed. I am not in a position to make technical conclusions but looks like probably the serviceman who performed the airbag recall procedure gave up screwing all 4 screws. So, I called to Dodge Contact Center (FCA US LLC. Case #[XXX] and asked what they thought about this. Susan, the lady I talked to said they are basically not responsible for the recall procedure performing quality and I should ask for help from Joe Cooper Dodge of Shawnee. I declined any contact with Joe Cooper Dodge of Shawnee as far as in my opinion they neglected their professional duties and put me and my family in jeopardy. The point is simple, my intention was not to hide the situation and get a bonus from someone, but to inform the corporation about the possible quality issues with the recall procedure performed by their representatives. I also asked the FCA US LLC. to schedule an appointment with any other dealers to independently inspect the job quality related to recall procedures performed on my car. So, Susan from Dodge Contact Center a representative of FCA US LLC ignored the possible safety issue information that had been provided, she said Case # would[XXX] be closed. She also said the possible safety issues could be solved by another dealer but for the extra fee. FCA US LLC. forcing me to pay for the procedure, which is supposed to be free of charge regarding the Safety Act and Federal regulations. I kindly ask you to pay attention to Joe Cooper Dodge of Shawnee 4940 North Automall Dr. Shawnee, OK 74804. and FCA US LLC. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA

Was backing our of a parking spot when the driver's airbag went off. I was looking to the back right as I was slowly turning the wheel clockwise when the airbag triggered. At such low speeds I was able to safely hit the brake and park the vehicle. As a result my left hand was minorly injured, while my front passenger only reported his ears ringing. My vehicle never made any contact with another vehicle or object. The Publix parking lot is a flat, paved surface. I took pictures all around and of my car soon after. I did have the airbags replaced because of the Takata recall some time ago (2017/2018 i think). If the vehicle was operated at a higher speed and the airbag went off, this would certainly cause an accident. I did inspect the vehicle afterwards and performed an EDR download. The CDR report is attached, however it reports that it is "Not retrievable by CDR Tool". There was a check engine light on at the time, I believe it was for code P0420. There may have been a low tire pressure light as well. Alignment was recently performed (~1 month ago) by a Tires Plus.

I swerved to avoid animal in the roadway. Over corrected my skid and went into the ditch at highway speed. The airbag never deployed and I had a fracture to my lumbar 1. Insurance denied my claim and have the vehicle listed as a 2007 charger. They should have at least covered part of this incident as there was full coverage through progressive insurance at the time.

The occupant classification system was defective and failed to recognize a passenger was seated in the front seat during a crash. As a result, the passenger's airbag failed to deploy in a severe frontal impact collision. The vehicle was involved in a severe, direct frontal impact with another vehicle while traveling at highway speeds. The impact was severe, deformed frame rails and was directly frontal. The driver's airbag deployed, but the passenger airbag failed to deploy. The passenger, an adult female, was belted but her head hit the dash in the area of the airbag flap and she suffered fatal head injuries. The ECM was downloaded and revealed the occupant classification system had failed to recognize a passenger was in the front seat at the time of the crash. The eprom data read "front passenger occupant class: Undetermined" even though an adult female was seated in the front passenger seat at the time of the crash. Investigation revealed that TRW automotive U.S. llc and kelsey-hayes company are the suppliers responsible for the occupant classification system and related parts that failed. Takata recall I received another postcard this week reminding me that I need to get my airbags replaced. I checked your website for parts availability and found that both S43 and R45 are both available. I called firkins in bradenton fl to schedule my replacement of both airbags, only to find out that they only have the driver's side airbag in stock. I have been waiting for both parts to be available so that I would only have to make one appointment. Can you find out when the passenger side airbag replacement will be available? thank you.

Takata recall. Based on an original E-mail I sent NHTSA on 3/6/17, as suggested, I am "filing a complaint" I received a safety recall notice (S43 / NHTSA 16V-352) for the airbag in my 2006 Dodge Charger sometime in the late summer / early fall of 2016. Since that time I have called the local Chrysler (port jeff Chrysler Jeep Dodge) dealership on at least 4 occasions to schedule the airbag replacement. The first 2 calls were made sometime late summer / early fall 2016, a third call was made on Dec 2, 2016, and a 4th call was made on Feb 17, 2017. During this last phone conversation (Feb 17) the dealership service representative told me "we have no idea when we are getting the parts". in the "important safety recall" notice I received it states "if your dealer fails or is unable to remedy this defect without charge and within a reasonable time, you may submit a written complaint to the administrator, NHTSA...." I am familiar with the extensive takata airbag recall. But is the delay I am experiencing at the local dealership at an acceptable level. I will add that I am the car's original owner and that I did not purchase the car from the above mentioned dealership, as the local Dodge dealership where the car was purchased was closed by Chrysler several years back. Since that closing I have taken my car to port jeff Chrysler for numerous services as well as recalls, and have been very happy with their timely service. I am just concerned that one of the more critical safety features in a vehicle is taking so long to correct. Please advise if this is an acceptable time frame for the recall to be corrected. Ps: an entry for the "when did this happen" field below is required. I posted Aug 15, 2016 as an on or about date in which, to the best of my recollection, is when I received the recall notice
