gas leaking on the inside of car and outside.ga odor in& out

I'm dodge charger has been leaking gas into my back seat called the dealer they say it's not a recall on my gas tank or fuel pump. If I get injured I'm suing the heck out of Dodge and if I die my wife better sue they ass until they naked for everything it's worth.. we buy your car and expect it to do right by us not expecting the auto dealerships/ the company to be ripping us...
