If the vehicle condition is related to the door window smart glass operation or window not lowering when the outside door handle is actuated latch replacement may be uneccessary. There is a simple door handle to latch adjustment specified in the latch installation service procedure. 23 - Body / Doors - Front / LATCH, Door / Installation. The handle/latch/window switch adjustment is specified in steps 7 through 9.
