Please consult STAR Online S2208000045 prior to replacing the camera. Cameras must be inoperative or fail the blurry image test to be eligible for warranty. All parts must be returned for analysis. If parts are found to be working as designed and trouble not found, a chargeback may be applied. Prior to camera replacement, please contact FCA Redacted Content. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
