Harsh up shifting and downshifting, worse when cold.
Have a harsh "bump" when trans is downshifting from 2nd to 1st at about 25MPH.
Took to dealer once so far and took the Shop Foreman for a ride and it worked perfect!!!! Unbelievable.......but......I think they drove it before I got there so the tranny wasn't real cold.
Problem with this tranny is it takes about 10 or 15 miles of highway driving to warm it up!!
The downshifting "bump: happens at all tranny temps.
