This vehicle has been in four dealerships. It has had a TIPM, two computers, four front end alignments, burned one spark plug out, had gas mix with oil, had four oil changes and only has four thousand miles. The vehicle pulls right, the lifters rattle, the right front wheel rubs when backing up and turning right. The satellite radio goes away at most stop lights.
The vehicle has been in the dealerships for over forty days along with five times for dying while driving and no start. The remote start will not work. The local Chrysler Rep. Bob Navarro stated he is buying the vehicle back but this is a lie. Auto Nation Dodge in Phoenix has damaged my car. Larry Miller Dodge changed the oil due to gas in the oil and will not write this on the repair order. Deborah at Chrysler Customer Resolution's team has lied to me as to the repairs such as telling me that after the CEL light was turned off, the car now remote starts, only to recant the statement.
The State Lemon Law is a joke...
Forty days out-of-service and four or more times in the first two years. Seems all the Lemon law requirements met.
From all of this--Do you really want to own a Dodge?.
