While driving her 2014 dodge charger v6 at 65mph on a straight road, the abs and traction control lights illuminated and the brakes instantly locked up sending the car into a spin. When she tried correcting the spin, the steering wheel was locked and the brake pedal was fully stiff and non-responsive. The car spun 3-4 times and came to rest against the median guardrail (high tension cable divider).
