The contact owns a 2011 Dodge Challenger. While driving approximately 40 mph, the contact smelled a burning odor and all the warning lights illuminated. The vehicle stalled, but was able to be restarted. The vehicle was driven to the contact's residence, but would not start the next morning. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who stated that the vehicle needed an alternator and a battery. The vehicle was repaired and the manufacturer was notified of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000.
