I bought my 2011 Dodge Challenger Brand New from a local dealer. It was June of course the best time, windows down & moon roof open. Glanced up to see head liner coming down around rubber piece - I can see the cheap cardboard piece. 1st Brought it to the dealer they told us it was clips, fixed it, held for a month.
2nd time brought it in they said it was a recall and it would be fixed- not sure what they did this time husband took it in.
3rd time Dodge bulletin says GLUE. Dealer fixed it again.
4th time May 2014 brought it in again and they fixed a plastic piece.
Two weeks later look up and it is coming down again. Now I know that this is not a safety issue - YET! But it is a pain in the ass eye sore to look at. DO I have to look at it every summer? Calling the dealer again today. Now I know this is not the dealer]s fault. I never give them a hard time when I go in. But DODGE needs to figure out why this keeps happening. I have brought the car in enough times that this should flag someone as a concern. I read the Forums and I see some people mention the head liners have been cut crooked. If that is true I don't know, what I do know is I am tired of being without my car and looking at the cheap cardboard headliner when I am trying to enjoy my beautiful car on a nice day.
