My 2007 Dodge Caravan with 10 000 KM developed a click sound. The Serpentine Belt was replaced. The clicking sound remained and became more noticeable. The dealer says the noise is coming from the Timing Chain , but they refuse to replace it because no problem is noted on the computer diagnosis. Additionally, the engine revs up intermittently. I was told by the dealer this is normal for this vehicle. Any suggestions as to how I can move the dealer to fix the problem?
