The contacts son owns a 2007 Dodge Caravan. The contact stated that the head restraint in the middle row seats failed to secure. She stated that the head restraint gave the appearance that it was locked, however, it would only lock in the high position. The dealer stated that they would be unable to repair it because that is how the vehicle was designed. The current mileage was 3,749 and failure mileage was 300. The consumer provided repair invoices. The dealer stated brake light intermittently comes on while driving. Updated 08/27/07
