I just got it back yesterday and the mechanic only heard the loud whining when he turned the wheel. I'll know for sure when the temperature drops and it's cold outside. I get embarrassed because people can hear my van 2 blocks away with this loud whine. People said it was the reservoir filter but they said there was a leak and I'm glad it was covered. Now I'm going through everything else that's covered and making a list to take it back to check anything else that I might feel is not working right.
