We got the van in Febuary and we noticed that there was a draft by the passangers feet so we took it to our dodge dealer and he said that we did not have the controls right. So we left madder then hell and took the van to another dealer. That dealer took the van for a drive and noticed the draft too. They said that the vents were not closing right and put his hand up by the dash to try to close the vent. When he was doing this he noticed that their was a hole in the firewall. The dealer said that they would book the van in to get it fixed. It has now been 5 months I still have holes in the firewall and it has gone in to get fixed 7 times (they always forget to book enough time). and now Dodge Canada has wiped their hands of this van.. Now I also have a new problem. Since we have holes in the firewall I now have a van that I cannot drive because the deer mice have now made it their home. We took the van in to get cleaned and they took the dash out and found 6 four to six inch holes in the firewall, The guy we took the van in to clean it called the dodge dealer to come and take a look at it and now hopefully i can get my van fixed so I can drive it again. What I want is for Dodge Canada to take the van back and replace it but that will never happen. so I guess I as stuck with the van until I can get a new one. Oh I forgot to tell you that I have a 7 month old and a 5 and a 7 year old that have to ride in that van since it is my only vehicle. Nice Eh
