: the contact stated a recall letter # 06V067000 regarding visibility:windshield/wiper:motor was received. The vehicle was taken to the service dealer who determined that the vehicle could not be fixed because the vehicle was not originally purchased from the dealer. The manufacturer was alerted and advised the contact to take the vehicle to another service dealer. However, the contact refused to use a different service dealer.
Consumer had a 2005 Caravan and the windshield wipers were not working properly. The windshield wipers did not work fast enough to keep the windshield clear. The consumer's wife almost hit another vehicle when it was raining and the windshield shield wipers were working so slow that she could not see the vehicle in front of her. The consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer and was told that was the way that the vehicle was manufactured. The consumer stated that the windshield wipers motor is to slow.
