This was a very serious failure that resulted in third degree steam burns to my leg requiring skin grafting. The heater core blow thru the firewall while driving. Because of steam and smoke I could not see to drive. I had to keep pumping the break to stop the van resulting in more steam burns to the feet and legs. Result of not being able to see was the van left the highway and went over a bank and dropped about 20 ft. I would like to know what are the next steps in compensation for injury and lose of the van.
