Don't let anyone slam your sliding door. If it won't latch there is something wrong. slamming door closed will bend the manual unlocking rod.

Sliding door on passenger side will not unlock. Tried the remote control and the unlock button inside-still locked. Manual does not help in troubleshoot.

Driver's side sliding door is stuck shut. It's not the end of the world but it can be inconvenient to have an inoperable door. I've heard it's expensive to fix and it would be cheaper to buy a new car than to have the problems on this one repaired.
Don't get this year caravan. You'll regret it. I've had a TON of expensive (and weird) problems with it.
