We originally bought this vehicle to cart our four children around. As I was getting ready to drive them to school yesterday,I shut my driver's side door and the whole back window shattered covering my two daughter's in glass. Luckily there was no permanent damage. Here comes the disgusting part. When we bought an extended warranty(gold) for some peace of mind. We thought we were buying extra protection against unforeseeable things. The extended warranty means jack squat. The dealer could offer no help whatsoever. We ended paying for the glass and installation our selves and the technician fixed the shabby installation job that the factory did. Luckily for us he was willing to put it in writing and took pictures of the shabby workmanship. So now we will sue Daimler/Chrysler and hope that we will get our money back. But for now every time I see someone looking for a vehicle at a dodge dealership I stop and tell then that it is crap, and I tell all my friends and neighbors that the company just does not stand by their product. Its the truth and the last time I checked its a free country.
