The strut towers are rusting away because Dodge/Chyrsler made it so the water would run through the hood crack right onto the strut towers. I have gotten a quote for $800 to have both repaired...this too should be a recall, because if you are driving down an expressway at 70+ mph and they give way...it's Dodge's fault for not making it a better design.
