I have tried things like tacking or re-gluing the headliner. It's hopeless. This has occurred in the front driver and passenger areas. When detached, there is messy particle board insulation falling onto passengers and into their eyes and all over the interior, a safety issue. Is it toxic? Blinding? Therefore you have unsightly and drooping liner obstructing the field of view which is also a safety hazard that should have been recalled too.
