Consumer called compalining about having problems with the transmission. Also stated that while the vehicle was park outside of his house and the vehicle went into reverse and hit the neighbors vehicle.
Consumer states the transmission has been replaced twice, dealership states there is no fix for problem. Mechanics looked at the vehicle and it was determined the transmission did not need another replacement.
When putting car in park it made a funny noise, consumer put it in reverse, and it would not move. Consumer had car towed to dealer. Mechanic said it was transmission, and bits of pieces of metal was everywhere, like it had exploded.
