Consumer's vehicle was hit head on by another vehicle at 40 mph. Only the passenger's side air bag deployed. However, driver's side air bag failed to deploy. Driver sustained bruises to breast and stomach. Recall 04V480000 air bag clock spring was issued. But this vehicle was not included in the recall due to model year.
While traveling at 5 to 10 mph consumer ran over a rock in road and driver's side and passenger's side airbags deployed. Consumer feels these airbags should not have deployed.
Consumer's vehicle hit another vehicle head-on to side of other vehicle. Vehicle was moving apporximately 55 mph at the time of impact, and neither driver's side nor passenger's side airbags deploy.ed.
