Attorney is writing on behalf of Mr. Ernest B. reeves who was struck head on by another vehicle. Even though Mr. Reeves had his seat belts on, the air bags did not deploy and Mr. Reeves sustained a concussion, neck, shoulder and back injuries.
Cockspring mechanism has failed, resulting in airbag light on. Vehicle was checked by dealer, who advised consumer that airbag could deploy or not deploy in event of a collision. Frontal driver air bag is affected.

Front crash at 25 mph, driver's airbag deployed, passenger airbag exploded. Passenger suffered chemical burns on face. Damage to vehicle unknown at this time.
Driving down the road at 35 mph when both air bags went off at once. No reason for deployment, no other vehicles or damage involved. Caused miner abrasions to driver and passenger as well as damage by spilled soda of passenger. Also cracked the windshield.

Car traveling North bound on 10th avein brooklyn, N.Y. car proceeded to make a left turn at the intersection of 10th ave and 76th St. Car proceeded approx. 5-10mph making a left turn on the 76th street, when the car when over a manhole cover. At that time air bags deployed.
Vehicle was broadsided by another vehicle, causing both airbags to deploy, the passenger who is under 5 feet tall experienced damage to the face and eyes because of the violent deployment of the airbag.
While driving at 20 mph driver's side and passenger side air bags deployed inadvertently and without warning. Both driver/passenger sustained injuries. Dealer has been contacted.
The consumer was a passenger in vehicle, and rear tire blew out, causing consumer to apply the brakes, which did not work. Vehicle hit a curb, and passenger's side air bag deployed.
There was no deployment of the driver's or passenger's air bags when van was involved in a rear end crash, going about 25-30 mph. Everything from the engine block forward was crushed, including the dip stick. The van has been repaired.
