Vehicle's fuel tank was fill and driven for approx. 5 minutes when driver was advised that smoke was coming from beneath the vehicle. Driver stopped and checked under the hood and found flames coming from the engine.
Fuel tank gauge failure, tank had caved in. Tt consumer states vehicle in for service for transmission problems as well also vehicle is being service for a malfunctioned sending unit.
