I bought this 1996 Dodge Caravan for $4000. It had only 38K miles, no rust, and looked showroom clean. Shortly after buying it, during the cold weather, the van would intermittently not start. No turn over, no cranking sound, nothing...just a faint click from a relay under the hood. Then, it would die when idling. The Dodge dealer could not figure it out. They ended up performing a full tune-up and flushing the cooling system. Strangely enough, the problem hasn't returned in the last two days and did not repeat while at the dealer. There was engine codes.
