While driving torque convertor malfunctioned causing the transmission to lock up and vehicle to stall, the defect was repaired by Chrysler. The consumer is requesting reimbursement. Nlm
Consumer took vehicle into repair shop and found that the torque converter needed to be replaced, to keep it from replacing entire transmission. Manufacturer said if no warranty, they couldn't help.
