While closing the rear liftgate the door snapped (I heard a snapping sound) and upon further investigation, I realized that one of the bolts holding the door from the top snapped off. I can't close the rear liftgate, or keep it open all the way. I believe that this is a very dangerous situation. I don't even know what kind of mechanic can fix such a problem. The only work I had done on the door was a recall that Dodge had about the lock on the door, and that was done by an authorized dealer.
