MY 1990 Dodge Grandcaravan has a problems dying @ stoplights after about 10 miles or so of driving. It will usually start back up but at the next light will die again and takes 45mins to start again. The car has a new transmission and new fuel parts. No one seems to be able to fix it... Help!
