Got in the car the other day and the passenger headrest was popped forward and little web strap holding it.
Evidently heat or something stressed the plastic that holds a chromed pin in place cracked and let the headrest spring forward. Looked up how people are resetting them, this one cannot reset, its broken inside with cracked plastic brackets and sharp edges.
Need to price a replacement evidently? I'd just strap it back in place but I'm sure it would void insurance and warranty's, to tamper with safety devices in the car!
Piss poor design guys.
