Air bag light keeps coming on. Car loses power with out notice. Has happened on numerous occasions. Had it looked at by the dealer several times. They said they couldn't find anything wrong! Most recently the electronic throttle control light was flashing. I had it towed to the dealer. This time they said it was the MAP sensor. I asked if this caused the ETC light to come on and they said it is connected with it! It will be $225 to replace! Before i pay I am going to ask if this also is the reason for the air bag light to come on and the car losing power! I have a 1998 Nissan and a 2003 Grand Caravan both over 100,000 miles on that have never given me as much trouble as this 2008 Avenger with only 49000 miles.
