Needed my car to get to and from work. Wasn't expecting to spend as much as I did to have the water pump replaced. This car has given me problem after problem. May be a defective car. I need Dodge to do something about this! This is very frustrating because I'm still paying on it.
THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND SO I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER, AND THEY CHARGE ME $100.00 DIAGNOSTIC FEE, TO TELL ME THE COOLING SYSTEM WAS BAD, THEY KELP MY CAR FOR TWO DAYS, THEY PUT ONE THERMOSTATE ON AND SAID IT WAS FIXED, I TOOK IT HOME AND THE LIGHT CAME BACK ON AND SO I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY SAID IT HAD 2 THERMOSTATES, AND SO THEY KELP IT FOR ANOTHER DAY AND SENT IT HOME. AND THEN THE CAR WAS SPRAYING WATER OUT OF THE RADIATOR AND SO I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME, I HAD A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARANTY ON THE CAR , BUT IT STILL COST ME $100. AND HAD TO DO WITHOUT A CAR FOR 4 DAYS,.
Worst car I have ever owned, I have been a Chrysler man for over 50 years but this is my last one. Have had similar problems with other Chryslers in the past
water pump failed at 58,000 miles
rack and pinon failed at 52,000 miles. $1,500.00 to repair.
automatic door locks work when they want to, never when they are supposed to.
both radiator cooling fans failed at less than 10,000 miles.
cruise control not working when car was delivered.
cabin filter is a joke, it does nothing.
software on the GPS is not upgradeable by the dealer.
rear suspension is overly noisy on even fairly good roads
