Pacfica Hybrid only - If customer comes into dealership with a "Service Hybrid System" message on cluster AND scan / WiTech report shows evidence of a P2BE0-00 fault code, please contact the following individual prior to servicing the vehicle: P2BE0-00 - HYBRID/EV BATTERY COOLANT LEVEL FCA Redacted Content If possible, please capture a picture of the coolant level on battery bottle before replacing any components in the area (sensor, bottle, etc.). Requesting picture be attached to claim information. If no response within 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
