The contact owns a 2003 Chrysler Voyager. The contact was driving approximately 45 mph, the vehicle suddenly downshifted into the third and forth gear without warning. The failure occurred spontaneously. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was informed that the failure could not be reproduced. The current and failure mileages were 66,000. Updated 06/02/10. The consumer stated the van would hesitate. Updated 07/16/10
