whinshield wipers come on and dash panel shuts down

I have a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country Van with less that 24,000 miles on it. The windshield wipers come on by themselves and cannot be turned off without removing the fuse. Then all the panel lights go out and you are unable to see what speed you are going or open the back doors. I It does this while the car is driving down the road. This is very scary, I am afraid it will short out the vehicle and shut everything down while I am driving. It is is the shop, this is the third time something has happened. The first was it locked in park and I had to call a wrecker to tow it to the dealership. They said it was the brakes. Still do not like the feel of the brake when I have to brake fast.

I have owned two other Town and Country Vans and did not have any problems with them. Very disappointed!
