Cruise Control sticks on and accelerates and I can't shut it off. Continually press on brake, still accelerates, I turn Cruise Control off and it still accelerates. A red lightning bolt shows up on display and the last time vehicle accelerated to 92 MPH before finally Cruise Control would shut off! It finally shut off after multiple attempts of hitting brake and turning Cruise Control off.
Chrysler has a recall for this very issue but the Town & Country is not listed in the recall. Dealership says it shows no code so they don't know what to do about it. I did call Chrysler customer service and they're looking into it. They told me not to use Cruise Control, DAH! I told them that it's okay for a temporary fix but not permanently!
