This is a safety problem I have with the car that has to be fixed.

I purchased the 2015 town & country from Enterprise car sales last month and had this checked. They said they had the mechanic clean the lock and it was then working for a few weeks. The problem is if you either forget to put it in park or don't fully raise it up into park you can remove the key, and leave the car, it will roll away if it is on any grade at all. It happened to me at night and I started to get out of the car and it felt like I was on ice, but then I realized I had to put on the brake to stop the car from going into the road on its own.
