noisy transfer case bearings
Took car directly back to dealer as driving off car dealership and was told all Chrysler products make the same sound. Went back repeatedly as the noise got louder. Asked to talk with Corporate Service Rep. was told it is a woman and she could hardly even tell you the color of your car let alone tell you what is wrong. Went to another dealer, they couldn't find a problem. Went to another dealer in Ohio, they said the bearings were defective and replaced them. Sound was greatly reduced for a couple of months and then came back. I traded a 2010 T & C for this 30th Anniversary model and the 2010 never had this sound. I probably will not buy another Chrysler product since as the dealer told me "they all make this sound". I contacted Detroit Corp office and explained the problem and "comments" and they apologized and that was it!
