Paint on hood is bubbling. Hood needs to be repainted.

I like the Town and Country. I had Dodge Grand Caravans since 1984 and just decided to try this vehicle. I never had any paint problems with my Dodge Vehicles. I just would expect to be offered some reimbursement when I would like to have the paint repaired. A small problem can become big if not taken care of early. Please reply and let me know what I must do.
