We purchased our 2013 Chrysler Town and Country in October 2017. About a month later after raining the sunroof leaked so bad it was affecting the electrical system. Our automatic doors had trouble closing. The Ford dealership we purchased it from said they replaced the sunroof while it was still under warranty. When the next season of rain started it happened again; however we were no longer under warranty. This season of extra rain the problem is still there.
I decided to sell my van, but I found out about some law suits and want to look into this further. I am beyond angry and disappointed. This should not be happening. They do not commit to making vehicles like they use to. I'm not sure I can hold out to keep this vehicle. It will create damage if I don't hurry and get rid of it. Chrysler should pay for this!
