2013 Chrysler Town & Country. Consumer writes in regards to no parts available to complete rear quarter vent window switch recall notice. Recall# 14V234000.
I brought my vehicle in to tyson motors in shorewood, il, in 2104 for the safety recall P25/NHTSA 14V-234, which relates to the rear quarter vent window switch possibly causing a fire. The switch was deactivated and I was told the dealer would call me when the new switch came in. It has been well over 6 months and the new switch has not been installed. The dealer tells me that they are not receiving the parts. It is my contention that the part has not been replaced within a reasonable amount of time. I wish to be contacted as soon as possible.
