The contact owns a 2012 Chrysler Town and country. While driving at approximately 60 mph, there was an abnormal humming sound coming from the front and rear driver side. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The wheel hub assembly was replaced on the front and rear driver side tires. The failure recurred on the front and rear passenger side tires. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 12V141000 (suspension). The approximate failure mileage was 48,000.
